Floors!
Even the flooring in the office - the only original hardwood floors in the house, which happen to be a mix of both white and red oak - look super!
So glad we went with Bona Seal (one coat) and Bona Traffic Satin finish (two coats). It's a very high-end water-based finish that is is the crème de la crème of floor finish - harder than oil-based poly and doesn't have the yellowing, amber effect (that many people actually like - and we do, as well...but we just wanted a very neutral pale look of these floors).
